Returns and Exchange Policy

If a particular product does not meet your expectations, then we are happy to exchange or refund it. However, there are certain conditions attached to the exchange or refund of goods.


If the colour or the size of the article does not meet your expectations, then you may exchange your order, or certain products within the order. If you would like to arrange an exchange, please send an email to hello@littlebump.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. In this email, please indicate your intention to return an item, the specific product(s) you are returning, and the order number associated with the item. At this time, you can also please inform us of the article that you wish to receive in exchange.

  • All item(s) to be returned must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) must be attached.
  • Please note that health or food items are not able to be exchanged due to the nature of the product.

Once the returned items have been received, we will endeavour to resend the new item within 7 days subject to availability. Return postage is at the expense of the customer


At the Little Bump we aim to provide the best possible products. If, however, you are unsatisfied with your order (or certain products within an order), then you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order. You must first send an email to hello@littlebump.com.au  informing us of the product(s) you wish to return and the order number. Please also inform us the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our offerings. Once we have established that the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it into your bank account within 5 working days although please allow for public holidays and bank transfer times.


Returned or exchanged products must still have their original labels attached to them and must be returned in the original wrapping. Articles will not be accepted if: 1. it has been worn or washed, 2. you have attempted to mend a fault or mistake in the clothing yourself, 3. you have not followed the washing or general instructions correctly. 4 any boxes have been opened and/or where the seal has been broken.

  •  All item(s) to be returned must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) must be attached.
  • All postage expenses associated with returning an item for an exchange or refund are at the expense of the customer.
